Software Technical Delivery Manager

We’re looking for a highly skilled Software Technical Delivery Manager with a strong track record in government digital projects within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and proven experience navigating the unique requirements of public sector initiatives in KSA, contributing to Saudi Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex government software projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and ensure compliance with Saudi government frameworks (e.g., Yesser, SDAIA).
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and third-party integrations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of PM experience in software projects for KSA government entities.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud services, and enterprise solutions.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
